1. Information we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, phone, company information), business documents submitted for verification (NTN, licenses), content you publish (products, RFQs, reviews, messages), and technical data such as IP address, device information and usage analytics collected via cookies.
2. How we use it
To operate the marketplace (matching buyers and suppliers, delivering messages and notifications), to verify supplier credentials, to improve search and recommendations, to prevent fraud and abuse, and — with your consent — to send marketing communications you can opt out of at any time.
3. What's visible to others
Your public supplier profile and product listings are visible to everyone, including search engines. Verification document numbers are never displayed publicly — only the resulting verification badge. Messages and RFQ details are visible only to the parties involved and authorized moderators.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data with service providers strictly needed to run the platform (hosting, payments, email/SMS delivery, analytics) under data-processing agreements, and with authorities when legally required.
5. Security
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, transport is encrypted with TLS, access to production data is role-restricted and audited. No system is perfectly secure — report suspected vulnerabilities to our security contact below.
6. Data retention & your rights
We keep account data while your account is active and as required for legal or dispute-resolution purposes afterwards. You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at any time.
7. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in sessions and an anonymous visitor identifier for view statistics. Analytics cookies are used in aggregate and never sold.
