Terms of Service

1. The service
Pak Trade Center is a marketplace that connects buyers with Pakistani suppliers. We provide discovery, communication, RFQ and listing tools; we are not a party to contracts formed between buyers and suppliers unless explicitly stated.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential and be authorized to act for the business you represent. One person may not operate accounts used for fraudulent or manipulative behavior (fake reviews, shill quoting, spam).
3. Supplier obligations
Listings must describe real products you can supply, with truthful pricing, certifications and company details. Verification documents must be genuine and current. Misrepresentation leads to removal and may be reported to authorities.
4. Buyer obligations
RFQs must reflect genuine sourcing intent. Abusive, discriminatory or spam communication toward suppliers is prohibited.
5. Content & licence
You retain ownership of content you publish and grant us a worldwide licence to host, display and promote it as part of operating and marketing the platform. We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
6. Verification badge
The verified badge indicates that submitted registration documents were reviewed and matched public records at the time of review. It is not a guarantee of performance, quality or creditworthiness — always exercise normal commercial diligence.
7. Fees
Buyer accounts are free. Supplier subscription tiers are billed as displayed on the pricing page; fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
8. Liability
The platform is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from transactions between users, service interruptions, or third-party content. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable.
10. Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan; disputes fall to the courts of Lahore. Questions: support@paktradecenter.com.
